Branch Technology Liaison

Your job as a successful Branch Technology Liaison (BTL) is to ensure the technical health of the branch by being the liaison between the branch and outside vendors or personnel with regard to branch technical issues and user technical needs. You are responsible for the following: 1) Technology Problem Resolution: You manage the Problem Resolution Process in the branch, ensuring all users report problems to you rather than calling the service areas directly. You log Technology problems and follow up to ensure issues are resolved as efficiently as possible. 2) MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes in the technical branch environment): You are the on-site Technology manager for all additions, deletions or changes made to the technical environment in the branch (i.e., new employees, moves, phones, etc.). 3) Day-to-day Administration: You perform routine Technology maintenance on various systems, databases and equipment that affect the technical health of the branch.
