Our client is a privately held oil & gas trading, exploration and production firm with several bases in Texas, New York, Washington, New Orleans, Cleveland, Salt Lake City and some other cities. They are looking for a reliable office assistant for oil and gas bookkeeping (specific training program provided), maintaining the executive management's schedule, arrange and coordinate business travel and adapt quickly to changes in travel plans and requirements. This position requires MS Office skills - Word and Excel. Terminology - must be able to read and understand Drilling, completion and workover reports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of tact, strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and the ability to complete project work while at the same time attending to work that is urgent.
