Medical receptionists 35-38K

Our client is a reputable cosmetic surgeon with several practices on the East Coast. The following positions are available in Toronto (mid-town) and New York (Manhattan / Central Park): medical receptionists full-time and part-time. Receptionist functions include scheduling appointments, check-in, check-out, promotion, and clerical duties. You will be responsible for answering phones / scheduling appointments and greeting patients. Experience with medical billing, insurance authorization, and electronic medical records is desired but not required for the right candidate. Must have excellent communication skills & preferably luxury clientele experience. Positions are available for energetic, well spoken and pleasant Medical Receptionists who are willing to work part-time or full-time Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 6PM. Compensation Package includes many fringe benefits such as CME, medical insurance for the entire family, flex medical account, and annual bonus. In this interesting job, you can expect 35,000 -38,000 $ / year.

Medical Director

The Medical Director is responsible for prospective and retrospective clinical case review and determination of medical necessity. The individual is responsible with others in developing, implementing and monitoring clinical protocols, utilization review clinical program design, and physician / facility intervention programs when appropriate. The individual, under the direction of the President, Medical Director, supports daily clinical operations including but not limited to case reviews, utilization management physician / facility communications and assessing / monitoring medical management program performance.
