Sales teams worldwide are seeking Marketing Coordinators. This position is responsible for supporting the Sales Agents with his / her promotional marketing, advertisement of listings, coordination of listings, scheduling, listing updates, and other administrative support. The ideal candidate usually enjoys the business side of the company and is not interested in pursuing a sales career in the industry, but is a marketing professional who does enjoy performing a customer / client service role. Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble marketing packages; Process Multiple Listing Service (MLS) input, upload photos to MLS, handle advertising and general marketing, and client correspondence; Prepare listing flyer / brochures; design flyers, proof materials, and coordinate with printer; Supply listing office with new listings, complete Listing Checklist, update listing changes, and update websites. Provide quality control check for all advertising, marketing, and on-line materials.
