Secretary, Criminal Defense Attorney - $55-62K
Our client is a criminal defense attorney law firm with several offices in Los Angeles and California. There is an immediate opening for 3 legal secretaries with interest in criminal defense law. The 3 positions will be located in their offices in downtown Los Angeles, San Diego and Oakland. Duties and responsibilities: performing legal secretary work with supervision, preparation of legal and administrative documentation, attorney time entry and billing edits, communication with external agencies, the general public and clients, maintaining attorney's calendar and scheduling. Applicants should have some experience as a secretary, if possible a knowledge of criminal defense practices, computer skills especially in MS Outlook, Office Suite XP.

California Criminal Defense Attorneys
London solicitors' office cleaners 9-12£/hour
London City international solicitors need 2 cleaners (part-time / full-time) to work for their corporate offices. Their long-standing cleaner leaves mid-December after 9 years and will train new recruits. All applicants must have past relevant work experience, be well presented, speak some English, be discreet, meticulous and reliable. Duties will include solicitors' office cleaning to a high standard, plant watering, collecting and sorting recycling. Working hours to suit (Monday to Saturday), holiday pay.

Litigation para-legals
Many positions for litigation para legals are available. Candidates must usually have at least 2 years of solid litigation experience i.e. legal research, assisting with the preparation of discovery, motions, and deposition summaries etc. In addition, qualified candidates should have experience coding, preparing legal documents for production, and assisting with trial preparation i.e. preparation of witness and exhibit lists, preparation of exhibits, motions in limini, etc. Applicants must also have excellent oral and written communication skills and be detail oriented. Preference will be given to those candidates with a Para-legal Certificate. Knowledge of Summation, Concordance, or Applied Discovery is helpful.
