International hotel internships

HotelInternational hotel chain with several hundred properties worldwide is looking for interns in its hotels in the following countries: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong. Some other countries available. Duration from 1 month (minimum) to 6 months (maximum). Several internship positions are possible according to your specialization and interests: general (you work a little in each department), restaurant (kitchen, service), reservations (reception, bookings) etc. Academic credit is given. There are no nationality restrictions; all nationals are encouraged to apply. Most positions are live-in (room and food supplied) and a nominal salary is offered (varies from US$400 to US$1,000 per month).

Internship

Administration training internships

Responsibilities of such an internship program include i.e: Graphic Design: creation of training brochures, postcards, and other training materials; Marketing Strategies and Sales Techniques; Internships Campaign Development; Administration duties; Business development; Human Resources Training - payroll, new hire paperwork, termination forms, and company by-laws; ad creation: Interns should be trained on how to write in basic HTML format. Interns will be required to update existing advertisements in this format and will also be required to develop two of their own advertisements before completion of the internship as part of their training. Administration internship

Research internships

Internship Duties primarily revolve around individual Training Research Projects. This includes: Assistance in preparing drafts of reports (graphical and narrative), Checking numbers, Basic analysis of data, and Monitoring marketing research projects from inception to completion. Internship duties will be monitored by a senior researcher. In addition to specific tasks of these internships, it is expected that there will be "shadowing" to become familiarized with the marketing research industry as a whole, as well as building a rapport with the training company with the possibility of future employment upon graduation. Skills: exceptional organizational skills, superior attention to detail. Trainees must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
