An Insurance Processor reviews insurance documents for acceptability per established procedures, accurately inputs data to update or stage payments to insurance companies / agents into clients servicing system, performs maintenance as necessary for policy changes, letters, notices, etc. per established procedures, ensures all items are processed in a timely manner to meet or exceed established standards, makes necessary phone calls to insurance agents and companies. The job demands an ability to meet or exceed prescribed production objectives.
