The Staff Nurse Clinical Colleague is the second position in the Career Progression Model and has completed his/her initial period as a graduate nurse and is able to function with minimal supervision. Demonstrates the behaviors associated with the Leadership, Art, and Science of Nursing at the second level of the Novice to Expert continuum. Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred. At least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience is required.

Health Admissions Coordinator
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the establishing and maintaining effective working relationships through a system of communication between residents, family members, referral sources and the public in general and all departments of healthcare. This will be completed within state regulations and standards.
