It is a proven and uncontested fact that newspaper advertisements and published job offers account only for a very minor part of recruitings. Most job seekers find a career by applying spontaneously. Write down companies that you would like to work for, and submit your job application. Explain why you are interested in working with them (do not hesitate to flatter them, but without excess!), what you could offer them if they give you a job, how flexible and adaptable to a new career you are.
